It's all been a bit quite this last couple of months, partly because I haven't raced. I was diagnosed with a condition called Labyrinthisis. This affects the head and ears and makes me feel disorientated, dizzy, confused and tired. I haven't trained for the past two weeks but I hope to get back into it soon. As for plans going forward I'm not too sure what races I'll compete in this year. I have missed the Ian Hodgeson Mountain Relay and will be missing the British Fell Relays. I terms of next year I have already started looking into races and what I want to do next year. Hopefully I can finalize this within the next couple of months. For the time being though, it's getting back into shape and back racing again.
